Scarlett 2i2 Studio gives you everything you need to get better recordings every time. Two of Focusrite’s most detailed ultra-low-noise mic pres. Studio-grade converters, with a huge 120dB dynamic range that matches what you'd find in a pro studio.  Auto Gain, Clip Safe and a powerful 69dB of analogue gain make setting levels quick and easy so every take’s a keeper. Another major update is to Focusrite Control 2, all primary controls are now physical controls on the front of the unit with larger spacing, most controls are also now controllable digitally and the new control software is fully compatible with screen readers, allowing visually impaired and blind users to control their Scarlett interface.

With the Auto setting you can play for 10 seconds and Scarlett will automatically set the gain, you can even leave it on safe mode meaning you’ll never clip your signal again.
